IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2 (c) of the Registered Land Act, the Minister for Lands and Housing makes the following Order:—

THE REGISTERED LAND APPLICATION (No. 13) ORDER, 2004

1. This Order may be cited as the Registered Land (Application) (No. 13) Order, 2004.

2. The Act shall apply to the area of land specified in the Schedule.

THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE ACT
(Cap. 472)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 234 of the Customs and Excise Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:—

THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2005

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Amendment) Regulations, 2005.

2. Regulation 130 of the Customs and Excise Regulations is amended by deleting the paragraph (1B) and replacing it with the following new paragraph—

(1B) The Commissioner may revoke any licence issued in respect of an excise factory where, in any calendar year, the average monthly output in duties and taxes is less than two hundred and fifty thousand shillings.

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Retirement Benefits Act, 1997, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:—

THE RETIREMENT BENEFITS (EXTENSION OF TIME OF COMPLIANCE ORDER, 2004

1. This Order may be cited as the Retirement Benefits (Extension of Time of Compliance) Order, 2004.

2. The time of compliance by the National Social Security Fund with the provisions of sections 16 and 34(4) of the Act and regulations 8(2) (h), 8(2) (k), 15(1) and 39(1) of the Retirement Benefits (Occupational Retirement Benefits Scheme) Regulations, 2000, is extended up to 30th June, 2006.

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Revision of the Laws Act, the Attorney-General makes the following Order:—

THE LAWS OF KENYA (RECTIFICATION) ORDER, 2005

1. This Order may be cited as the Laws of Kenya (Rectification) Order, 2005.

2. The errors specified in the second column of the Schedule, appearing in the sections of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community Act (No. 2 of 2000) specified in the first column, are rectified in the manner specified in the third column.
