Judges Colloquium 2011

This segment features the papers delivered at the Kenya Annual Judges Colloquium held in Mombasa, between August 14-19, 2011. The Colloquium, which is organized by the Judiciary Training Institute, was, in the words of The Hon. Mr. Justice P. Kihara Kariuki, the Director/Principal of the Institute,  established as an annual event at which Kenya's judges, amongst themselves and also with their brethren abroad, exchange ideas on the common challenges of judicial practice. 
The theme of the 2011 Colloquium was: Rebuilding Confidence in the Kenya Judiciary.
