The National Council for Law Reporting (Kenya Law) is proud to be awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification. ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems. It is designed to provide organizations with a set of principles that ensure a systematic approach to achieving customer satisfaction. This Certification is only awarded to companies that meet stringent regulations for Quality Management Systems.
Kenya Law was awarded the Quality Management System Certificate on 16th September, 2019 by The Kenya Bureau of Standards after auditing the organizations Quality Management System.
This Certification endorses our commitment to providing quality services to meet the highest level of customer satisfaction and underscores the organization’s vision to be the lead provider of public legal information towards an enlightened society.
We have put in place a Quality Management System (QMS) which is aligned with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems requirements to ensure a system’s approach and harmony in all the processes. This Quality Management System will enhance our efficiency in providing universal access to public legal information by monitoring and reporting on the development of jurisprudence for the promotion of the rule of law.
You, our Customers take center stage in all our processes. For this reason, we will continuously ensure that customer requirements are determined, met and continuously monitored with the aim of raising satisfaction levels.
