good thing Kenya Law paid a visit to Kajiado County to distribute the constitution and other legislations.,may that be,i am a resident of kitengela town situated in kajiado, the town is rated as one of the fastest towns growing in kenya,,,there is no doubt about that, but this has been entirely been the work of kitengela residents boosting the fast growth through their own pockets,,i am not in a postion to criticise but the current situation in kitengela says it all. the Governor gave orders that the town be landscapped through “digging” by tractors, that is not the issue nor is the chassing of the mechanics, tuk tuk drivers on the road sides or neither the boda boda riders who have never being showed where to operate from through a construction of a shade as we see in other counties,,,the issue is what they actually intend to do with this ‘created space’.PARKING SPACE .this is where the thinking is..kitengela is a congested town, there is an ever there traffic jam as you access the town, there is NO MARKET AREA for the chased venders and mama sokos, and if there it is in a bad condition, there is no shade for the boda boda person down the line or the infamous tuk tuk drivers in kitengela town,,the matatu stage which has being in construction for the many months will not evidently from the size of it accomodate the matatus in kitengela..the question is ,,for who are you creating this PARKING FOR???AND WHAT IS YOUR LEGAL ADVISER BEING ADVISING YOU???
