Upon the close of prosecution case an din compliance with Section 306 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code the Accused persons are informed of their right to address the Court, either personally or by their Advocte to give evidence on their own behalf, or by their Advocate, to make unsworn statement and to call Witnesses in their defence, and in all cases to state whether they intend to call Witnesses as to fact other than he Accused persons themselves.
