RULING

This application by way of notice of motion seeks orders that the court broker be directed to remove crops if any and the defendant from land parcel No. LOC. 8/KAGANDA/360 and place the plaintiff in full possession of the said land.

The decree was issued on 6.6.1991. Appeal to the Court of Appeal was dismissed on 16.9.1996.

There is nothing pending. I allow the application as prayed and issue orders accordingly.
