RULING NO.2

(Rule 41(2) of P&A rule seeking further clarification).

I. Procedure

1. The court sought further clarification of the two daughters.

2. It has now been confirmed that the two daughters have no share in the estate of the deceased.

II. Findings

3. That the deceased estate is accordingly granted. Confirmed letters of administration intestate.
