R U L I N G
By their application dated 27th July 2006, the defendants are seeking leave for third party notice to issue on the ground that their claim lies as against the third parties, Violi Federico and Federico Investments Ltd.
I have considered the application, which was argued ex parte and I am satisfied that it meets the requirements of Order 1 rule 14 of the Civil Procedure Rules. Leave is hereby granted and it is ordered that 3rd party notice to issue to Violi Federico and Federico Investments Ltd. The date of this order be endorsed at the top of the order and served.
No orders as to costs.
