1.This application is dated 8th of June, 2023 and seeks the following orders;a.That leave be granted to the Intended 92 Petitioners in the attached list to be joined in the Petition dated 12th July, 2011 and filed on the same day and amended on 18th March, 2014 and filed on the same day.b.That the Intended 92 Petitioners be granted leave to make written and oral submissions at the hearing of the Petition herein.c.That the costs of this application be in the cause.
2.The application is supported by the 19 grounds on its face and also by the affidavit of George Karithi who swore on behalf of all the Petitioners.
3.When the matter came up in court on 17/7/2023, the application had not been opposed by the respondents. I find that the application does not unduly disadvantage the respondents.
4.In the circumstances, the following orders are issued;a.This application is allowed.b.Costs shall be in the cause.
