1.This is a 2020 case. The accused Lotuch Angorita has never been arraigned to be tried for the information of Murder which was filed on May 28, 2020.

2.I find that keeping this file open is an abuse of court process and a waste of judicial time.

3.I hereby strike out the information dated May 27, 2020 and filed in court on May 28, 2020.

4.The prosecution and the police are at liberty to arrest the suspect and arraign him for murder in the appropriate manner.

5.This file is hereby closed.
