1. The accused person Peter Mwavita Mwambao is charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the penal code.
2. Particulars are that Peter Mwavita Mwambao on the 8th July 2018 at Makata Village, Ziani Location in Kilifi South Sub-county within Kilifi County murdered Beatrice Furaha John.
3. The prosecution called 6 witnesses to support charge of murder against the accused.
4. The said evidence has been considered and this court finds that a prima facie case has been established sufficient to place accused on his defence. He has a case to answer.
