RULING
1. When this matter came up for inter-partes hearing concerning the application for contempt dated 18/2/2022, the parties proffered the following consent;
1. The 9th – 16th Petitioners to serve a further Affidavit in response to the Grounds of opposition dated 21st March, 2022 within 5 days.
2. The 9th – 16th Petitioners Application dated 18th February 2022 to be canvassed by way of written submissions. The Applicant to serve the Respondents within 14 days by 1st April 2022.
3. The respondents to file and serve their submissions within 14 days after service by Applicants.
4. Matter to be fixed for highlighting of submissions on 6th June 2022.
2. The consent is adopted as an order of this court.
3. Directions will be taken in court on 6/6/2022.
