RULING
1. The applicant KEVI OTIENO OYOO was convicted on his own plea of guilty for the offence of failing to register as a Kenyan citizen contrary to section 14(a) of the Registration of Persons Act Cap 107 Laws of Kenya. He was fined Kshs 1000 in default to serve 30 days imprisonment. The Plea was unequivocal.
2. Revision of sentence declined and dismissed as the fine is lawful and too lenient and 30 days imprisonment too short.
3. File closed.
4. Orders accordingly.
