RULING
On the bail application, the Investigating Officer is absent and therefore in the absence of any compelling reasons to deny the Accused Bail, she is hereby admitted to Bail of Kshs.250,000/= with two (2) sureties of similar amount.
The Accused to adhere and abide with the terms and conditions:
i) shall be of good conduct during this period
ii) to attend court in a timely manner and
iii) also ensure that she does not interfere with the witnesses for the prosecution.
