CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.287 OF 2014
JACINTA NYAWIRA NDIRANGU........APPELLANT
VERSUS
REPUBLIC........................................RESPONDENT
RULING
Having considered the application, this court is satisfied that the appeal has overwhelming chances of being successful. There are also exceptional circumstances that justify the applicant being granted bail pending appeal as there is a likelihood that she may serve a substantial part of the sentence before the appeal is heard.
DETERMINATION:
The applicant is hereby admitted to bail of Kshs.250,000/= with two (2) sureties of similar amount.
It is so ordered.
Dated, Signed and Delivered at Nakuru this 31st day of December, 2014.
A. MSHILA
