Three (3) witnesses testified on behalf of the Prosecution. None implicated the Accused. it is needless to ask him to answer to nothing. I now find that he is not guilty of the offence that on 9^th February 2011 at Osia village in Teso North within Busia County he murdered John Ikemer.
The Accused shall be set at liberty unless held for some other lawful cause.
