Criminal Practice and Procedure- Robbery with violence -appeal-appeal against conviction and sentence-appellants convicted and sentenced to death-duty of the court to re-evaluate the evidence of the lower court –identification evidence-where the identification parade of the appellants was properly conducted- where there was cogent evidence leading to the identification of the first and second appellants- whether conviction of the first and second appellants was well founded
